Eligibility

Payment
Payment is required before or upon delivery of services, depending on the service type. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and bank transfer.
For subscription services (such as monthly collections or reading groups), payment is taken monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation and Refunds
Different services have different cancellation terms:
- Personal Consultations: Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Monthly Collections: Cancel anytime before the 25th of the month to avoid the next month's charge. No refunds for the current month once dispatched.
- Reading Groups: One month's notice required for cancellation. No refunds for the current month.
- Reading Intensives: Cancel within 14 days of purchase and before the first session for a full refund. Partial refunds may be available for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances.
Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have certain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and in our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Sunlit Plex Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
